Inspector
I started Inspect It, Inc. in October 2002. I have been involved in the service industry since
I was old enough to hold a screw driver. My Father was a refrigeration mechanic who lived in New Jersey. When I was a 1 year
old (1968), my family moved to Florida and my dad became a well known A/C + refrigeration mechanic who, within a few years,
opened his own company (Southern Atlantic Service Corporation, est. 1974). I spent many days in the shop repairing all appliances
and mechanical equipment associated with a home or business. Around the age of 12 years I started going to various jobs with
hired mechanics to learn the industry. At this point the family business was about 75 – 100 employees strong. When I
was old enough to drive, I was on the road myself repairing and installing anything to do with hvac, appliance, plumbing,
or electric. I have been on countless construction and re-construction job sites over many years in South Florida. I know
every mechanical and structural part of a home or commercial building. “If there is something wrong with a building,
I can find it”.
